This app for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CE provides a turn-key integration of Xpertdoc Smart Flows with Microsoft's leading Customer Engagement platform. It enables Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to interact with Xpertdoc's document flow automation capabilities from within their familiar Microsoft Dynamics 365 user experience.

Step 1: Download and Import the Xpertdoc Smart Flows Solution(s) for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Download the managed solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the managed solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Workflows.
- Import both solutions in the target Dynamics 365 instance via Settings > Solutions
Step 2: Set Security Roles
- In Dynamics 365, go to Settings > Security > Users and give the relevant users one of the Xpertdoc Smart Flows security roles.
|Prompt user for input||When a user runs a flow from the fly-out menu of the Xpertdoc Smart Flows command bar button, he/she is prompted to provide all user inputs the selected flow requires (user editable settings, custom data sets, Smart Forms data sets)|
|Skip user input||When a user runs a flow from the fly-out menu of the Xpertdoc Smart Flows command bar button, all user inputs are skipped. Where available default values are used for user editable input parameters.|
|Reuse opened tab||When a user runs a flow from the Xpertdoc Smart Flows command bar button and the Flow Execution Panel is already active in a browser tab, Xpertdoc Smart Flows will attempt to reuse this browser tab. Please note that individual browser settings may cause the attempt to fail.|
|Open new tab||Every time a user runs a flow from the fly-out menu of the Xpertdoc Smart Flows command bar button, a new browser tab will be opened to load the Flow Execution Panel|
- Buttons for Unified Interface Apps
|Open Flow Execution Panel (simple button)||In Unified Interface Apps the command bar contains a simple Xpertdoc Smart Flows button that opens the Flow Execution Panel in a new browser tab when clicked.|

|Numerical value (0-9)||Flow executions which are started as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflow (background process) can be executed with a priority level defined by this setting. The default priority for all flow executions is 4. If you want to give priority to on demand workflows (started interactively by users), then lower the workflow priority to any value lower than 4. If you want to give priority to flow executions started from a background process, then raise the Workflow priority to any value higher than 4.|
